Visa Requirements
Do you require a Visa or Letter of Invitation to Attend?
Please check whether you will require a visa to enter the Canada. If you need an invitation letter, please contact the IGS office at igsoc@igsoc.org. The sooner you do this the more likely it is that your visa will be processed in time. Letters will only be sent to registered participants. Please provide proof of registration with request.

Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the Local Organizing Committee. An administrative fee of 10% will be applied to all refunds.
